Please help us provide a wonderful meal for our teachers during Parent-Teacher Conferences. The dinner will be held at MES on Wednesday November 9th at 4:00 pm in the cafeteria/gym. We need your help in order to make this event a success! We need volunteers to help with set up and clean up as well as providing delicious entrees, side dishes, fruit/veggies as well as desserts. We will be serving about 75 staff members. Thank you for all your support and help making this meal a success!
•Please drop off items at 3:15 to the MES cafeteria/gym
•Please try and use disposable containers if possible (if want container back, please have it labeled so we know who to get it back to)
•set up will begin at 3:00 pm
•clean up will begin at 5:00 pm
