As the year is quickly winding down, I want to take a moment to thank
the volunteers who have made this year so successful. Thank you to
the officers, board members and committee chairs for your time and
efforts. Thank you for sharing your time and talents with this
organization and with the students and staff at MPS and MES.
Without you there would be no cultural arts programs, no 5th grade
celebration, no book fairs, no teacher appreciation week, no Family
Fun Knight, no Penny Races, no spelling bee, no beautification, no
back to school breakfast, no conference dinners, and no homeroom
parents, just to name a few of the jobs you do! That would be very
sad. Not only are the organizers and committee chairs crucial, but the
volunteers who give of their time to help us pull off these events are
invaluable. I thank you for making our schools a better, happier place.
You make the difference!
On that note, we are recruiting new officers and board members to lead us in our endeavors next year. We are in great need of two people to step up to be President and Treasurer. These two roles are critical. Without them we cannot have a PTA. If you have an interest in supporting our schools and keeping these great events and programs going, please consider joining us. Information is below. You will never regret the time you give to your child’s school as a volunteer. Thank you.
